Unfortunately, recent generations have been raised on huge amounts of these unhealthy carbohydrates, often in the ‘time-saving’ forms of fast foods and packaged and frozen meals. Fewer and fewer people understand the value of, or even know how to prepare healthy meals consisting of meat, fruits, and vegetables. This book will help you learn to prepare simple, healthy, and delicious foods that you can really look forward to.I’ll try to share as often as I can because I know how hard it can seem sometimes to get variety. Chili

Makes 2 servings (1 protein, 1 vegetable) Calories: 235 per serving
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 200 grams ground beef
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 small bay leaf
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 5 drops stevia, to taste
  • 14 oz.. can diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
 Sauté onions and garlic in 1 tsp. MCT oil until tender. Add beef and cook until done. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Add water for consistency. Remove bay leaf.Note: MCT Oil: This is the only oil allowed on many diet programs. In fact, it is a ‘diet aid’, and the calories in MCT oil can be considered ‘free’ calories. Try to use at least 1, and up to 2 tablespoons every day. Fry with it, and use it in recipes. It boosts metabolism, balances blood sugar levels, satisfies appetite, creates ketosis (fat burning), and assists with regularity
