The HCG Diet Loading Phase is designed to stimulate the hypothalamus to release fat deposits from problem areas, and increase the metabolic rate.

Prior to the HCG Diet Loading Phase

After purchasing HCG injections online, and getting it in the mail, A lot of people are very excited to get started on the HCG Diet Protocol. It's understandable. You want to lose weight, and you want it off NOW! To make it worse, you know that the initial phase is a Loading Phase; meaning you will be eating a lot of calories. Sounds like fun! Regardless, it is important to make sure you know what precautions to take before you get started on HCG Injections.

Here are a few things you will need to be sure of before you start the HCG Diet Protocol:

  • If you are sick, make sure you recover before starting the HCG Diet.
  • For Women: Make sure you have at least a week before your next period is scheduled to start, and no sooner than 2-3 days after your last period ended. Your period can really play mind tricks and mess with weight loss. You REALLY don't want to deal with this when you kick off your HCG Diet Program.

Two Day HCG Diet Loading Phase

The loading phase lasts for 2-3 days. Why 2-3? Because your diet habbits prior to starting the diet will affect how much you need to load.

Low Calorie Habits

If you have been eating low calories, your metabolic rate and and fat loss hormones are likely low. What does this mean? You are burning less calories, and your body is resistant to fat loss.

The Solution: Do a 3 day loading phase in order to better optimize fat loss hormones and metabolic rate.

High Calorie Habits

On the other hand, if you have been overeating, your metabolic rate and fat loss hormones are likely at a higher level.

Solution: Do a 2 day loading phase, and be careful not to overdo it. The goal is to simpply overeat, not stuff yourself all day.

Instructions for the Loading Phase

  • Take 150-200iu's of HCG in the morning throughout the loading phase (15 mark or 20 mark on an insulin syringe)
  • Load up on calories throughout the day
  • Eat calorie dense foods, and try to get a lot of carbohydrate rich foods (carbo rich foods boost fat loss hormones like HGH and Leptin)
  • Get in the habbit of Weighing yourself each morning

After the loading phase, you will begin Phase 2: the low calorie diet, and you will continue taking the HCG Injections.
